SHOCKING-ONE IN FOUR YOUNG MEN SUFFERED FROM ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. ARE YOU ONE OF THEM? DO THIS SELF-CHECK TO FIND OUT...

Even if erectile dysfunction is an age-dependent disease, with most men developing signs and symptoms of erectile dysfunction after 65 years, recent studies have demonstrated an increased incidence of erectile dysfunction in men younger than 40 years..

Erectile Dysfunction impacts the relationship and can lead to uncomfortable silences or even blame when one or both partners hesitate to speak openly.
ED impacts the relationship

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) can impact men's quality of life, overall well-being, and their intimate relationships.

If you think that it is just an old man's or grandpa's problem, you should read this!

Hard news to take, but you must be informed, that Erectile dysfunction in young men is on the rise.

In recent years, awareness of erectile dysfunction has risen dramatically and is a common sexual issue that men face; after all, it is no longer a problem suffered by men well over 50 only.

Young men are beginning to show signs of “severe ED", too, and the number keeps increasing. What’s worse, this can signal some serious health risks to a growing number of young men.

Shockingly, it is believed, according to a recent study done by The Journal of Sexual Medicine is shedding light on the fact that one out of four men newly diagnosed with ED was 40 years old or younger than you may think.

Even more surprisingly, the percentage of men seeking treatment with severe erectile dysfunction (ED), standing at 26 percent of 439 men seeking ED treatment were younger than age of 40.

Almost half of the men had issues with premature ejaculation, and nearly half of them under the age of 40 had a severe case of ED, compared to just 40 percent in men over the age of 40.

To further establish this fact, a small survey was conducted by Cosmopolitan and fellow researchers on 500 men and women between the ages of 18 and 38, and its results were surprising that a

OMG! YOU GOT TO WATCH THIS...

whopping 80 percent of the responding men had at least once experienced struggled with getting an erection during sex, and a high number of the responding women said they were grappling with the issue as well, trying to figure out if the problem was the man’s or theirs. It certainly is awkward and challenging for both partners.

So, if you ever thought that only men who are elderly could suffer from ED, think again!

So, as you can see, regardless of age, ED is not some hideous freak condition you alone are suffering.

This means that there are millions of young guys out there just like you experiencing the same problems.

The causes of erectile dysfunction in young men may not be obvious. There is a possibility that you have an underlying medical condition that requires treatment. ED is common and treatable condition as long as you understand the underlying causes and seek out the right treatments.

Don’t worry, we’ll be separating fact from fiction, and breaking down the common, and sometimes uncomfortable, questions about ED by asking the experts.

First off, we need to back up a little and cover the basics. In this article, we’ll specifically look at what you need to know about erectile dysfunction in young men.

In light of these findings, here is an insight into erectile dysfunction in young men as follows:

What Is Erectile Dysfunction?

It is also called impotence is the condition under which a medical term used to describe a man's inability to get and sustain an erection required for satisfactory during sexual intercourse.

Fortunately, trouble in the bedroom doesn't necessarily mean you're dealing with erectile dysfunction. There are some instance when man could not perform well, and it does not mean that he is having major sexual problem.

Having trouble getting or maintaining an erection from time to time is normal. Most men will have problems with an erection at some point in their life.

So how can we you know that you are dealing with erectile dysfunction? It’s only when it starts to happen chronically that it becomes a medical issue.

ED happens because not enough blood can get to the penis to create and maintain an erection. The erection requires the emotions, nerves, blood, blood vessels,  brain, hormones, circulatory system, and muscles to all sync up to help us get and sustain an erection.

The results may look simple, but the process is actually fairly complicated.

There is a difference between erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Young men who suffer from premature ejaculation still have a strong erection for sexual intercourse. The only issue they have is ejaculating within 2 minutes of beginning intercourse. On the other hand, men who have erectile dysfunction, achieve little or no erection for vaginal penetration.

What Are The Symptoms Of Erectile Dysfunction?

Often conditions affecting the penis get lumped together, so it’s worth knowing what ED isn’t. It is not a poor sex drive or problems with ejaculation, these are separate issues. ED is purely related to erections.

Below are some common symptoms of ED:

  • No early morning erections.
  • Erections are not as firm as long as before.
  • Lack of sexy thoughts-signs of low testosterone.
  • Semen secretion followed by weak erections.
  • Hard erections in the morning with flaccid erections before sex.
  • Urination problems.
  • Pain or bruising from excessive masturbation.
Basically, if you can’t maintain an erection long enough to have sex, then you have erectile dysfunction, and need to seek medical help.

What Are The Underlying Causes Of Erectile Dysfunction In Younger Men?

The answer is complicated. We used to think that ED in young men was 90 percent psychological, but  most cases are caused by a combination of risk factors.

Erectile function depends on hormones, blood supply, nerve function, and psychological health. It's important to note that while there are many potential causes, they can essentially be divided into two discrete categories: physical and psychological issues, and sometimes there are a combination of factors involved.

First determine whether your ED symptoms have physical or psychological origins. You can do it at home by trying a few simple ED self-check.

Disclaimer-This test cannot and will not replace a medical examination and diagnosis. For each form of erectile dysfunction a medical examination is advisable.

The ED Self-Check

How can you tell if your erectile dysfunction is psychological  or physical?

The ED self-check helps you find out if your erectile dysfunction is caused by physical or psychological factors.

Phase 1

First, medical conditions need to be ruled out. Let’s assume that you have never been diagnosed with a medical condition that is physically linked to erectile dysfunction, such as type 2 diabetes, obesity or heart disease.

In this case you’re probably looking at a case of psychological impotence, given that there are no physical explanations for your difficulties.

It’s also important to differentiate erectile dysfunction from having no interest in sexual activity. The latter can be a sign of low testosterone or severe depression.

In this case you’re probably looking at psychological impotence.

Do ask yourself the following two questions as follows:

1. Are You Getting Morning Woods Or Erections?

It’s natural for men with an erection after a good night’s rest. However, morning erections do become less frequent as you grow older.

So, don’t stress if you’re not getting them as often!

Do read one of this articles, Why You Should Wake Up Every Morning With a Boner, written by Chad Howse.

Experiencing  a morning erection tells you that the physical mechanisms which allow you to get an erection are intact.

Therefore, if you’re experiencing erectile dysfunction with a partner, this is probably due to psychological factors.

2. Are You Able To Get An Erection While Masturbating?

Let’s say that if you can get an erection on your own but not with a partner or getting erect whilst masturbating is not a problem.

This is a sign that your ED is more likely to be rooted in performance anxiety or a deeper psychological issues. In other words, your body is physically capable of having an erection. Just that your brain is hijacking your body and it stopping it from happening when you’re with a partner.

Psychological factors are responsible for a large amount of ED cases by reducing libido. The feelings of sexual excitement that lead to an erection start in the brain and requires men to be open to becoming intimate.

That means they must relax and have low levels of stress to achieve an erection. Although psychological erectile dysfunction (also called Psychological impotence) isn’t something people enjoy talking about openly, it is more common than you might imagine.

As such, psychological impotence is not the sort of condition that should be treated by taking a pill — but it can be treated if you address the underlying cause right at the source.

Your ED Symptoms Have Physical Origins.

If you rarely get erections (  unable to get a normal sustained erection, either with a partner, by yourself or using the usual visual imagery on a regular basis ) after performing Phase 1 self-check, regardless of the situation, there may be an underlying physiological ED condition.

It could also be a hint or sign of something more serious physical condition that requires medical treatment, such as heart disease or diabetes.

As we mentioned above, a man needs good blood flow to his penis to have a rigid erection. But diabetes or heart disease can cause atherosclerosis – hardening of the arteries. When a man has atherosclerosis, cholesterol and other materials build up in his arteries, making it more difficult for blood to pass through.

Atherosclerosis can happen anywhere, but because the penile arteries are so small, they’re often among the first to become blocked.

As a result, less blood flows to the penis and erection problems occur. ED is sometimes called a “sentinel marker” – a warning sign of other diseases that need to be addressed.

If you find the problem gets significantly worse as opposed to occurring every now and then, go see your urologist or general doctor for an evaluation.

If you are still not satisfied with Phase 1 results and you need a more detail evaluation then move on to Phase 2

Phase 2
