8. FAST FOODS-JUNK FOODS COULD CAUSE A BEDROOM ISSUE.

Most people especially youngsters are addicted to fast foods these days. Modern life is busy; sometimes people just want a meal that is fast, affordable, and satisfying. Most fast foods and junk foods such as hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, french fries, chips are often prepared and served quickly. These foods are popular because they are inexpensive, convenient, and tastes good. 

While fast foods and junk foods are certainly convenient, it will often come at a cost to our health. Eating fast foods and junk foods may affect your health in ways no one previously realized. And you should try not to have on a regular basis. Because fast foods and junk foods are often made with cheaper ingredients such as low-grade meats are mostly prepared with huge chemical content (injected with antibiotics and growth hormones throughout their lives), refined grains, high in saturated fats, trans fat, cholesterol, sugars, emulsifiers, artificial flavorand high in sodium (aka salt) which is used as a preservative and makes food more flavorful and satisfying; instead of nutritious ingredients such as lean proteins, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

According to a recently published study at George Washington University confirms this, finding that people who eat fast foods regularly have higher levels of certain environmental toxins called phthalates, which have been linked to male infertility and a wide range of endocrine disorders. 

Moreover, it has also been researched that men who consume too much fast foods and junk foods contract prostate cancer more than those who were on a fresh fruit or fresh vegetable dominated diet, also known as antioxidant-rich diet. Apart from the above mentioned, fast foods and junk foods are also very greasy, with the majority of items being deep fried.
